1. Cancellation Policy Customers can cancel their listing request at any time before the listing is approved and published on WeBinX. If you wish to cancel a pending order, please contact us at [Your Email] immediately.
2. Refund Policy
- Before Publication: If you cancel your order before your listing goes live, we will initiate a 100% refund within 5-7 business days.
- After Publication: Since WeBinX sells digital advertising space, we do not offer refunds once a listing is “Published” and live on the website.
- Rejection: If WeBinX rejects your listing due to violation of our terms (e.g., illegal content), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Processing Time Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank/UPI/Card).
